This Japanese-style pagoda was commissioned by the Illchester Estate Built in Dorset by Aron and Mandeville Joinery. Constructed from 16 tons of green Oak sourced from the estate itself, it takes pride of place in the Abbotsbury Subtropical Gardens and is regularly used for wedding ceremonies.
This award-winning Shoffice (shed + office) was built into the back garden of a mid-century terraced house in St. Johns Wood. Access was a real challenge, so the structure had to be prefabricated in sections small enough to carry through the front door and the rest of the house. Aron formed part of the Millimetre team that fabricated and installed the Shoffice.
The fabrication of six barrows for Covent Garden covered market was undertaken by Aron as part of the Millimetre team. These unique spaces were built to meet the specific needs of the traders. Constructed in Douglas Fir ply with patinated brass trims, the barrows featured hatches which serve as counters and also close neatly to secure the stock inside when not in use.
